Trapped In an Elevator

Last holiday, my friends and I went to an apartment on Rasuna to swam together. One of my friend lived there. We went to the apartment around 02:00 P.M by taxi. After we swam around 04:00 P.M, we back to the room by lift. When we in the lift, sombody on 30th floors called the lift, so it went up...
The lift went to the direction of 30th floors.. When it opened, there was a little young boy, aged around 4 to 5 years, came in to the lift... Then we pushed back to the 5th floors. Suddenly the lift stopped in the middle of ten and eleven floors. We were so panicked. The little young boy also panicked and wanted to pushed all buttons in the lift. With a different language ( I think he is Arabian), the young boy reprimended us with his language which we didn't understand well..... He screammed and cried.. We have an inisiative to called the apartment officer from the elevator. Twenty minutes passed.. We waited for a long time, around fourty minutes..
In the end, we could out from the "hell" lift..
It was a bad experience I ever had......
